Account and data deletion request page for Rafeekak
This page explains how users of Rafeekak can request deletion of their account and associated data. Rafeekak is the app name shown on Google Play for package com.raqeebak.app.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us at [email protected].
- Send the request from the email address connected to your Rafeekak account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Rafeekak account.
- Include your name and any phone number linked to the account, if applicable.
- We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before deleting data.
Data We Delete
- Your Rafeekak account profile, including name, email address, phone number if provided, selected district, preferences, and saved settings.
- Optional personal profile fields such as blood type and blood donor volunteer status.
- Push notification tokens connected to your account.
- Personal favorites, recently viewed records, profile-linked reviews, and account-linked activity where deletion is technically possible.
- Organization account details linked only to you, unless retention is needed for business verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal reasons.
Data We May Keep
- Public or operational content that other users rely on, such as approved public listings, public business information, public reviews, aggregate ratings, community reports, booking records, audit logs, fraud-prevention records, and security logs may be retained, anonymized, or disconnected from your account.
- Records needed for legal, security, dispute, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary.
- Backups may keep deleted data for a limited period until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or backup reasons.
